1. What bookkeeping services do you offer?

We offer a full range of bookkeeping services including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, expense tracking, financial reporting, catch-up bookkeeping, and regular monthly or quarterly support. We also offer business mentoring and guidance for healers, creatives, and small business owners.

 

2. Do you work with all types of businesses?

Yes. While we specialise in supporting healers, alternative practitioners, and heart-centred business owners, we also work with a wide variety of small businesses across Australia. Every business is welcome.

 

3. Can you travel to my workplace?

Yes. If you are located within 50km of Ipswich, we offer in-house bookkeeping and can visit your place of business. For clients outside this area, we offer remote services via Zoom, Teams, and secure cloud platforms.

 

4. How do remote bookkeeping services work?

Remote bookkeeping is simple and seamless. You upload your documents through secure cloud storage (Xero, MYOB, Dext, Hubdoc etc.), and we handle the rest. We also schedule regular catch-ups to keep your business on track.

 

5. Which software do you use?

We are certified and experienced in Xero and MYOB and can work within your existing setup or help you transition to a new system. We also use secure cloud platforms for file sharing and document storage.

 

6. Do you offer catch-up or clean-up bookkeeping?

Absolutely. Whether your books are a month behind or a couple of years overdue, we can clean everything up, bring you back into compliance, and give you a fresh, clear starting point.

 

7. Can you help with ATO requirements?

Yes. We can liaise with your accountant if needed, ensure your books are ATO-compliant, and help you stay up to date with reporting deadlines.

 

8. How much do your services cost?

We offer packages to suit businesses at every stage. Pricing varies depending on your business structure, transaction volume, and level of support required. Once we understand your needs, we’ll recommend the best package or create a tailored option.

 

9. Do you work with new businesses?

Yes. We love supporting start-ups. We can help you set up or refine your systems, understand your finances, stay compliant, and grow with confidence.

 

10. Are my documents and financial information secure?

Absolutely. We use encrypted, cloud-based systems and follow strict confidentiality practices to keep your financial data safe and protected at all times.
