2. Scope of Services
We provide bookkeeping services including, but not limited to:

Bank & credit card reconciliations

Payroll processing

Reporting

Catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping

Set-up and support for Xero & MYOB

Ongoing monthly or quarterly bookkeeping

Business support and mentoring for small business owners and healers
We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, clients agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and timely financial information

Provide secure access to relevant software or documents
-
Respond to information requests within a reasonable timeframe
-
Ensure that all documents, receipts, and records provided are truthful, correct, and legally obtained
We are not responsible for delays, penalties, or errors resulting from missing, incorrect, or late information.
4. Onsite Services (Within 50km of Ipswich)
Onsite visits are available to eligible clients within a 50km radius of Ipswich.
Clients agree to:

Provide a safe working environment

Be present (or have an authorised representative present) during the appointment

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes
Travel outside this radius may incur additional fees.
5. Remote Services
Remote bookkeeping is conducted using secure online platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and cloud-based document storage.
Clients are responsible for:

Maintaining secure login credentials
-
Ensuring uploaded documents are legible and accurate
-
Notifying us of any suspicious activity or system issues
We will not be liable for software outages, internet issues, or third-party disruptions.
6. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Late payments may incur a late fee or suspension of services.

Monthly or ongoing service packages are billed in advance.

Catch-up or clean-up work may require a deposit or staged billing.

If a client pauses work, outstanding fees must still be paid for work already completed.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
For Bookkeeping Sessions / In-House Visits

Minimum 24 hours' notice is required.
-
Less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee.
For Ongoing Monthly Clients
Either party may discontinue ongoing services with 14 days written notice.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously.
We will:

Keep your financial information strictly confidential

Store documents securely
-
Use encrypted platforms where possible

Only share your information with your consent or when required by law
Clients agree to use secure methods when sharing documents and login details.

9. Accuracy & Liability
We take great care in maintaining accurate financial records. However:

We cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information

Final responsibility for financial decisions and tax obligations remains with the client
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Our services do not replace the advice of a qualified accountant, financial adviser, or tax agent.
